Bigler Productions joined forces with 4 other wedding vendors to create this 4 part winter bridal spotlight. I wanted to do a winter shoot that would feature several local vendors and show off how fun it can be to have a wedding in the winter in the Capital District. While we did not get all the snow I was hoping for we had an AMAZING shoot that ended with the night snow shots I wanted.
Special thanks to the amazing vendors that helped out: Mazzone Hospitality volunteered the Hall of Springs as our venue, Alayne Curtiss (Make Me Fabulous) volunteered her team’s services for hair and make up. David Michael Schmidt (Renaissance Floral) provided our bridal bouquet. Angela’s Bridal provided us with several amazing wedding gowns and the very talented Sarah von Ouhl was our model bride.
We started at Angela’s Bridal on Western Ave in Albany. Owner Janet Cooper and Marketing Coordinator Jessica Rekemeyer picked out two amazing dresses for Sarah to wear on our shoot. The first was a sheath gown by Manuel Mota. The dress’s name (yes the dress has a name) is Verbena. The veil that they picked to go with Verbena was by les Accessories Barcelona. The second dress was a Wisteria gown by Lazaro (Style #3269). The veil that Janet and Jess picked to go with the Lazaro was by Malis Henderson.
I have to say it was fantastic working with Janet, Jessica and the entire team at Angela’s. They have so many dresses to choose from and their customer services is top notch. If you are looking for a place to go dress shopping I would make sure that Angela’s Bridal is on your list!
