June Headshot Fundraiser for ACS

For the month of June we are offering Saratoga Portrait Studio’s Deluxe Portrait session ($300) for $100 with all revenue being donated to the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign.  Each portrait session includes:

  • 30min Studio Session
  • Multiple Backdrops
  • 1 outfit change
  • Digital Images w/ copyright

Q&A:

  • COVID precautions? Only 1 client is allowed in the studio at a time.  During your time we will maintain social distancing. In Between each visit we will sanitize all surfaces that are touched by the client.
  • Can I do my shoot outside? nope, this is just in the new studio space.
  • How many outfits can I bring? You can do 1 outfit change. We suggest dress in the nicer outfit then after we have done the more formal outfit, we will allow you to change for the casual shoot.
  • Backdrop Options? We are able to change out backdrops quickly, so you can decide the different backdrops you want on the spot.
  • Turn Around? You will get your images within 5 business days of the shoot.
  • How Many Images will I get? Likely between 20-50 fully edited images.
  • Image Resolution? You will get “Print Ready” images that are full resolution without a watermark that are ideal to use for business cards as well as a 2nd set of the same pics in “web ready” format ideal to put on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Downloading? You will receive a link to a password protected folder containing all your Print Ready and Web Ready images to download.
  • Tagging? You are not required to tag us when you share your photos on social media, but we are not making any money off this, so share some love and give us a tag!
